BEST WESTERN NYBORG STRAND® Terms of cancellation (valid from January 01. 2007)

As a rule a customer can freely annul an arrangemanet for up to 60 days before the scheduled start date with no cost. However there is a 90 days cancellation deadline for arrangements taking up more than 50% of the hotel capacity (more than 175 rooms). In this case a fee equal to 25% of the arrangement ordered will be charged. In the case of cancellation less than 60 days before the scheduled start date, a fee equal to 40% of the arrangement ordered will be charged.


If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date a fee equal to 75 % of the arrangement orderes will be charged. By the term cancellation, which must always be made in writing, we refer to any kind of annulment, reduction, shortening, replacement or any other similar significant changes in the confirmation. However a reduction/cancellation for up to no more than 5% of the stated number of participants in the confirmation can be made free of charge until the day before the scheduled starting date of the arrangement.


Cancellation fee / compensation are void in the case of the capacity in question being sold to another party.
