Information regaring liability for goods displayed and exhibition materials.

Best Western Nyborg Strand are not responsible nor liable for any exhibition materials and goods displayed, and can therefore not be made responsible for any kind of damage, loss or similar.

This applies in every respect, both accidental and non-accidental cases, including specifically cases where exhibition materials are lodged with BEST WESTERN Nyborg Strand or handed to the hotel with the purpose of storage both before, during and after the exhibition.

Goods displayed and exhibition materials so lies in the responsibilty and risk of the exhibitor or the booker/customer in every respect and therefore are not in any way associated with BEST WESTERN Nyborg Strand.

CALL:
The booker/customer is so called to sign a liability insurance and/or determine/set forth the responsibilty and liablity for the goods displayed and exhibition materials in the internal contractual conditions/terms between the exhibitor and booker/customer.
