Tradition and innovation combined with fresh quality ingredients are the hallmark of our chefs, Erik Møller and Jonas Kragslund and their team of well-trained professional chefs and Danish sandwich makers who compose menus in harmony with the changing seasons and the requirement of a special diet.
To complete the experience, our professional waiters are happy to provide guidance and advice on e.g choosing one of the splendid wines on our wine list.
The hotel has two restaurants:
• Restaurant Panorama with its beautiful view over the Great Belt, offers fine dining with a seasonal menu (inspired by Danish and French cuisine) and the hotel's cellar master has selected a variety of exciting wines to complement the gastronomy of the month - all at affordable prices.
• Among other things, the bistro offers excellent barbecue dishes at family-friendly prices. The speciality is prime rib of beef ad libitum with baked potato, French peas, sauce bearnaise, pommes pailles and a large salad buffet.
