With the app, you can easily manage your payments – both at check-in and check-out. Whether you're paying for your stay, add-ons, or other charges, you can settle everything directly in the app using your preferred payment method, including credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

When it’s time to move on, you can check out directly from your phone. Avoid waiting in line at the reception and end your stay exactly when it suits you – right up until the check-out time.
Two days before your arrival, you’ll receive an email with a link to online check-in.
You can check in whenever it suits you, avoiding any wait at the reception. Simply fill in the required information and pay for your stay if you haven’t already – you’ll be guided safely through the entire process.
From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, your room will be ready, and you can unlock the door using the digital key in the AeroGuest app. Go straight to your room and start your stay without delay.
To get the best experience, we recommend downloading the AeroGuest app once you’ve completed your check-in.
Once you've completed your online check-in, you can use the AeroGuest app to turn your smartphone into a digital room key.
When your room is ready, your key will automatically appear in the app, allowing you to go straight to your room upon arrival.
To activate your key for the first time, your device must be connected to the internet. After that, you’ll only need to have Bluetooth enabled to unlock the door. You’ll find the key under “Stay” in the app, so it’s always within easy reach.
Once you have access to your digital key, you can also share it with your travel companions. Just tap “Share key” to the left of the key and follow the simple steps.
With the digital key, you never have to worry about losing a key card – you’ll always have access to your room with just a tap.
