Food with meaning

When you dine with us, you experience the taste of Nyborg Strand on your plate. We utilize local ingredients prepared with respect for the region's traditions. Our menu changes with the seasons and often includes organic options. We take pride in our bronze organic dining label and strive to minimize food waste by repurposing leftovers.

Nature's pantry

We take advantage of nature's gifts around us, including ingredients from Holckenhavn Forest and herbs from the hotel's utility gardens. Our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, and our dishes are prepared with the utmost respect for the region and its traditions. Our love for the ingredients begins long before they reach our cutting board.

Local suppliers

We collaborate with local producers like Rosilde Højgaard for fresh vegetables and Grambogård for veal and beef welfare meat. Through "Spis Min Gris" we ensure animal welfare for our pork dishes, and our fish comes from the waters of the Great Belt. For us, sourcing locally is a privilege, not a barrier.
