We have been known as Denmark’s Meeting Point for ages, and it is a nickname that we cherish. We have been bringing people together for more than a century, and we would like to think that we are getting pretty good at it.
Our conference rooms are comfortable, and our surroundings are inspiring. Our food is good, we are deeply professional and skilled event managers, and we are conveniently located in the middle of Denmark. We are easily reached by car and train – only a few minutes off the E20 motor and in walking distance of Nyborg train station – and we offer 600 parking spaces right outside our doors and 8 electric chargers.
We can accommodate anything from 2-1,000 attendees, and we are ready to cater to all your needs. Consider us as your next venue – we are sure you will not regret it.
Our venues are carefully designed to accommodate meetings, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and much more. But it's not just the venues themselves that are geared for great experiences. You also have the opportunity to use a wide range of AV equipment, relax in our beautiful common areas, and take advantage of the stunning nature surrounding the hotel.
Furthermore, we always have our technical team, known as the "red men," present at the hotel. They are our technicians who, among other things, ensure that all electronics are functioning properly at the start of your event. If any unexpected issues arise along the way, they promptly return to assist. This way, we ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Our ambitious kitchen can meet all your catering needs, and we offer a large range of homecooked meals and snacks. Our ingredients are mostly locally sourced, and everything on our menu is in season – a lot of it is organic too. We firmly believe we can deliver top taste while lessening our impact on the environment.
Our staff is at your disposal throughout the duration of your conference. We also have technicians working around the clock, should the AV equipment start to cause trouble.
