NYBORG STRAND® cancellation rules:
As a general rule, a customer is free to cancel their arrangements up to 60 days prior to the scheduled start date at no cost. However, there is a 90 day cancellation period for events, that occupy more than 50% of hotel capacity, (over 215 rooms), subject to a fee equal to 25% of the planned arrangement. In the event of a cancellation within the 60 days prior to the scheduled start date, a fee equal to 40% of the reserved arrangement will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date, a fee of 75% of the reserved arrangement will be charged.
A cancellation, which must always be made in writing, is understood to mean cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation and other significant changes to the reservation. However, the cancellation/reduction of up to 5% of the confirmed number of delegates, may take place free of charge until the day before the start of the event. Cancellation fees /compensation is waived to the extent that the capacity in question is sold to another party.

NYBORG STRAND® Terms of payment:
Prices are per person and include VAT and service. (Prices are based on one common reservation and billing). Prices and fees are subject to change.
Terms of payment Business:
20 days' net from the time of the arrangement. In the event of late payment, there is an interest charge which at present amounts to 18% p.a. (1.5% per month). A reminder notice will be sent out with a reminder fee of DKK 100.00 following the due date.
The hotel accepts payment by the following credit/debit cards:
Dankort, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners.
Billing abroad is only accepted for payment made with a voucher. Individual invoicing will be subject to an additional invoice fee of DKK 100.00
